HauteDish is a unique culinary concept that both embraces and reinvents classic Midwestern cuisine. Housed in a charming turn of the century building in the North Loop of Minneapolis, this moderately priced full service restaurant presents a casual dining atmosphere in an upscale setting.
Like taking a walk back to the 1940's, Ike's maintains a cozy, warm atmosphere with dim-lighting, swinging music, and hearty entrees. Founded in 2002, in memory of the owner's father, Ike's offers a wide variety of options suitable for any appetite. Voted "The Best Burger" by CityPages several years running, the Ike's burger is the crown jewel of burgers in the Twin Cities. Breakfast is served daily on weekdays from 7:00AM to 10:00AM, with a menu sporting classic egg dishes and freshly squeezed fruit juices. From 11:00AM to 2:00PM, lunch is served. The front is turned into a carvery station, where sandwiches of roast beef and turkey are sliced right before your eyes. At 4:00PM dinner begins, with a menu offering a wide array of steaks, fish, and small plates. Unique to Relevé is the opportunity for guests to play mixologist by selecting from an assortment of bitters, liqueurs, and purées to transform a classic glass of bubbly into a perfectly customized flute of their own. This newest addition to the graves|601 family features an expertly tailored, chef-driven menu, which puts a contemporary twist on classic lounge fare, featuring inspired plates to pair with bubbles. Half the menu is dedicated to New York's Madison Avenue, with traditional champagne accompaniments such as oysters and pâté, while the other half is dedicated to Minnesota's Hennepin Avenue featuring fun, approachable pairings like truffled popcorn and lobster grilled cheese.
