House Features: Living There are 2 living areas - the main lounge is open plan and provides a comfortable relaxed setting for large gatherings with multiple sofas and armchairs around the media unit and large flat screen 55 inch TV with Xbox 360, Blu-ray player and DVD player. This is the popular and probably noisiest spot in the home where all the family fun happens - aside from the pool that is! A second large sitting area also overlooking the pool provides a quieter alternative to the main family living room, ideal for curling up with your favourite book. Kitchen The villa boasts a central kitchen and breakfast bar in the open plan downstairs layout - so catering for the family won't mean the cooks will be away from the goings on and entertainment. Fully equipped for all guest's culinary requirements. A separate laundry facility located just off the kitchen offers a washer and separate dryer for guest use. Dining Adjacent to the kitchen is the formal dining area - and this area can accommodate eight at the table, great for large families or a group, whilst the more casual breakfast table can host four. The spacious King Master Bedroom suite boasts a dedicated TV / DVD sitting area and double door access to a private balcony - either provides a great spot for winding down before sleep. A large Master Ensuite complements the facilities in the suite with separate walk in double shower and soaking tub. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both large doubles tastefully decorated and each with large flat screen TV for relaxed viewing. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 share the main family bathroom, with shower over bath and large vanity. Bedroom 4 is a modern yellow and grey inspired room presented with twin beds and TV. Bedroom 5 on the ground floor again hosts nautical twin beds suitable for young or mature guests and has a neighbouring bathroom, with shower over bath and oversized single vanity.
