CAM: A NEW ARTS AND CULTURAL SPACE Common Area Maintenance will be a new 3000 sq. ft community gallery space in the heart of downtown Seattle, designed to offer affordable workspace and direct community access to art. CAM plans to amplify Seattle's artistic vitality, providing personal and collaborative workspace to artists and offering curatorial and creative involvement for artists in the community at large. CAM will welcome the community to celebrate arts and culture via enriching events, such as performances, readings, video installations and pop shops. We will deepen community involvement in the arts through the use of our storefront as a public art gallery and regular open door hours—promoting consistent exposure to the inner workings of our artistic ventures!
