AMPED is an EDM nightclub that stays true to its name. AMPED. At its core, AMPED is a high-energy dance club. Our musical range is fairly large. We play all genres of EDM including, but not limited to, techno, house, trap, dub step, trance, and all their respective sub genres. Our focus is mainly local DJ’s, as we like to stay true to what Austin and Historic 6th are. We have a large college following, so we really cater to the universities by hosting Fraternity/Sorority, and other college organizational parties. AMPED’s most unique feature is the retractable roof. Being in Austin, it is almost a necessity to have some form of patio or rooftop. We decided that having a cool feature like a retractable roof would set us apart from the rest of the dance clubs around town. You can quite literally “dance under the stars”. and lastly we are a Bottle Service Night Club! AMPED is 6th street only high end bottle service spot! Be sure to check us out!

“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.” ― Rob Siltanen This quote is about you. After 10 years of working with some of the best people on the planet, on one of the most insane ideas in the game, we are grateful, humble, and proud. And, finally, ready to look forward to the next insane thing, whatever that may be. Fun Fun Fun Fest, in its simplest form, is an idea. An idea that was born, raised, and loved by a very unique bunch of people. We are those people. You are those people. It is an idea that is owned by no one, and shared with everyone. As it should be. Like the stars in the sky, Fun Fun Fun Fest will always be here for us, revealing itself in different ways every time we look for it. Who knows what form it will take next, but we are as curious and excited as you are. To all of our friends out there, we hope you pick up the torch and teach us what the next thing is. Start with a house party. Do the thing that no one has ever done, and that you always wanted to do. Let us know when your early bird tickets go on sale, because we will be first in line. Thank you for riding with us. What is dead may never die. -The entire FFF Family

Symphony Square A Historical Restoration Project Serving as the Home of the ASO Jane Dunn Sibley Symphony Square, an attractive complex of four historical limestone buildings and a 650-seat amphitheater at the corner of Red River and 11th St. near the Capitol in Austin, is thought to be the only restoration project in the United States to house the offices of a symphony orchestra. The complex serves a growing audience 12 months of the year. The Symphony Square Project, begun in 1971, was conceived and directed by prominent citizens on a wave of civic awareness. It was sponsored jointly by the Austin Urban Renewal Agency, the City of Austin, and the Austin Symphony Orchestra. The Square is within easy walking distance of Capitol grounds, the LBJ Library and other downtown Austin tourist attractions. The Jeremiah Hamilton Building is an attractive, triangular building at the corner of 11th and Red River. It is thought to be one of only three stone triangular buildings still standing today in Texas. It houses the Box Office and Facilities Office of the Austin Symphony. Jeremiah Hamilton, one of nine black legislators serving in the 12th Texas Legislature from 1869-1871, built it in 1871. In addition to the Hamilton Building, Symphony Square contains the Michael Doyle House, considered one of the few remaining good examples of a simple, one-story vernacular stone cottage in Austin. It serves as the home to the Women’s Symphony League of Austin. The third building is the Hardeman House, which was moved from its original location in East Austin and serves as home to Serranos, a popular restaurant serving Tex-Mex food. The fourth building is the New Orleans Club Mercantile, at one time a popular Austin nightclub and now a beautifully restored 19th-century building serving as a space for private parties catered by Serranos. The property also includes a 350-seat stone amphitheater where the Austin Symphony hosts Children’s Day Art Park every Wednesday morning in June and July for youngsters from pre-school through age nine. Children’s Day Art Park features performances by local entertainers, an Instrument “Petting Zoo,” storytelling and arts activities under a large tent next to the Doyle House.
The Symphony Square is a beautiful and unique amphitheater located in Downtown Austin, Texas. This iconic venue boasts performances by some of the most popular artists of their time, including Etta James, Rusty Wier, Steven Fromholz and many others.
