El Calamar is an authentic family owned food truck. Foods that have the same flavor that you would have in the streets in Lima or Chimbote, Peru. From the most freshest calamari you would ever have to our very own Lomo Saltados that our family takes pride of making. Our main focus is to serve our customer with the tastiest and freshest peruvian dishes they ever experience. We love what we do, giving our customer a taste of Peru without actually flying down there.
