The House of Shields has been in existence since 1908. Following an extensive restoration over the summer and fall of 2010, H.O.S. is again open for business. Our philosophy is simple: keep it fun and make it fresh. We handcraft five salsas, 100 pounds of carnitas, and every tortilla and chip in-house, every day. Our beans are always fresh. The Creativity Theater acts as host to theatrical, dance, music and variety arts performances. Our primary focus is providing performing arts experiences for young people, both as audience and performers.
