Each historical property was purchased separately and converted into suites, apartments and rooms. Our rooms do not include luxury, however they do have a homey feel to each room, suite and apartment that includes a mini fridge, microwave, cable TV and air conditioning. Most of our apartments do have full size refrigerators and stoves. For guests comfort in the summer months we have benches set around the property, tables and chairs so that guests can relax outside and enjoy being in downtown Hershey. We also have a swimming pool. Why pay for parking at the park, Just a two and a half block walk to the park going through Hershey Chocolate World. Two and a half block walk to Hershey Story Four block walk to the Hershey Zoo With in the three blocks of the motel we have a variety of restaurants to choose from. Our motel rates are with in reason and still under what a hotel would charge per night. Children under eighteen must be a companied by a responsible adult while at the pool. As of August 01,2011 we are a no pets property. Cancellation policy 48 hour notice to cancel reservation, or card on file will be charged one nights room charge. All credit cards on file are authorized 48 hours in advance to your reservation, however if the card declines we will call you for a new card or cancel the reservation. All rooms are 100% smoke free, if caught smoking in rooms there is a $100.00 cleaning fee charged. , the same fee charged for sneaking in pets which will be billed to your room.
