OUR STAFF
At our biomechanical analysis center, we make good use of our collective education and experience in anatomy, physics, biomechanics, physiology, structural engineering, muscular contraction science, and nutrition. We recognize that in order to provide the best plan for each individual client’s goals and needs, it is imperative that we are dedicated to examining and reexamining our methods for addressing the human body. The science isn’t stagnant and neither are we. We meet several times each week to study and brainstorm about our perspectives and then plan for all the ways that we can further enhance our body of knowledge.
OUR METHODS
Instead of following the growing trend in our industry to rely on pseudo-science, we took the guidance of top notch researchers and built a perspective from the data up. The efficiency of our thought process has created accelerated results for our clientele. More often than not, the route to achieving a client’s goal in a healthy manner is complex. Anyone can throw weight around and call it an exercise, but we have to ask ourselves these questions before proceeding:
Are we really accomplishing what we think we are? And if so, how can we accurately measure that?
Are we creating harm from the forces that we are imposing on our client’s skeletal system, central nervous system and immune system in the process?
Is the goal appropriate given the current status of our client? And if not, what is?
OUR FACILITY
Our 6,300 square foot facility contains equipment and apparati that have been hand selected and adapted to provide optimal resistance profiles. The more accurately the resistance matches your strength profile at each joint angle, the more efficiently we can build strength and reduce injury. Our facility is also designed to optimize our time with each client and allow for quick transitioning from table work to the fitness floor. Working clients will find that our locker rooms are clean and well stocked with toiletries to also make workout to work-place transitions smooth so that they too can maximize their day.
