When the 1st Official MLE-sanctioned Taco Eating Contest debut at the 5th Annual Dia San Jose, the South Bays largest Dia De Los muertos festival in the city of San Jose, California. We decided it was time to take this show on the road and make it its own taco loving experience. This marks the third year of this extraordinary taco eating experience, and as we promised to take the Taco Eating Contest to another level by making it a thing of its own as we celebrate it's second year as the official Chachos Taco Festival. The 1st Annual Chacho's Taco Festival will bring taco truck, music, and lots of entertainment, on top of hosting the 2nd Official MLE-sanctioned Taco Eating Contest. Who will break the record of 103 tacos in 8 minutes? The festival will be hosted at St. James Park in downtown San Jose on August 20th, 2016, from 11am to 8pm. Save the date, taco lovers!
