The Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill in the MGM Grand, which opened in 2004, modernizes the traditional “bar and grill” concept with approachable fine dining in a magnificent setting. Designer Tony Chi combines the energetic feel of the beach lifestyle and the cool beauty of a garden to capture the essence of the casual elegance of the California dining experience, which Puck made popular with the original Spago. Just like its name, the restaurant features a contemporary "bar and grill" menu artfully executed by Chef Dustin Lewandowski. He incorporates everyone's favorite grill foods that can be enjoyed either as a relaxed, leisurely dining experience or as a quick-bite. Conveniently located adjacent to the Cirque du Soleil “KA” theater, the restaurant has an exciting bar and a beautiful glass enclosed private dining room.
This classic steakhouse, with its dark wood décor and bustling atmosphere, is the sister restaurant of one of the great New York City landmark steakhouses. Our menu features traditional dry-aged steaks and seafood favorites prepared on our famous open-flame mesquite grill. Dinner in the Sky guests will be hosted by a professional team of Sky chefs, a maître d’ and a master mixologist, offering gourmet cuisine, fine spirits and Four Star-quality service. Each table offers unparalleled views of the Las Vegas Strip, majestic Red Rock Canyon and surrounding areas. Packages will start at $279 and include a three-course gourmet meal, glass of wine and complimentary photo. A variety of options to further enhance the dining experience are also available, such as a red carpet reception, limousine service from many Las Vegas Strip hotels and shuttle service from the Las Vegas Convention Center. Set on 8.8 acres, the Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas venue will include two banquet and special event centers, each more than 9,000 square feet, and an experienced staff to make every event memorable and run smoothly (or seamlessly). Also available is a lounge, social space with a bar, outdoor patio, gift store, photo and video area, complimentary valet service and parking that can accommodate up to 400 cars. Dinner will be offered Wednesday through Sunday, and private breakfast, lunch and brunch services, and other meeting and special and corporate events will be available daily. Dinner in the Sky Las Vegas is the only attraction of its kind available to the general public as a permanent attraction.
