Debra Schuster is a certified adult and elder mediator and an attorney who has extensive experience in helping families work through challenges and find their own solutions to complex issues.
From preparation of basic estate planning documents such as Durable Powers of Attorney and Wills to complex guardianships, trust matters and Life Care Planning, we will help our clients identify and evaluate their options and choose the solution best suited to their needs, goals and values.
WE MAKE HOUSE CALLS: We realize that it can be very difficult for some of our clients to travel to our office so we often meet with them wherever they need us to go.
