Welcome to the newly remodeled Holy Cow Nightclub! Established in 1987, The Holy Cow has been an iconic go-to spot for socializing, dancing and fun. Our mission is to keep the party going!
Optimistically-named lounge bar on Folsom with more than a touch of San Francisco colour in its clientele. The plush up-market lounge area is lit in a deep red glow and has fine leather couches to recline on that suggest a certain patrician class rather then posiness. Yet the clientele cannot be boxed in either way: a happy mix of suits, gays, straights, clubbers, trendies and down home regulars, who come for the reasonably-priced beers and fine cocktails because service is friendly and spot on. Staff will carry large drinks to your tables and add a little extra shot of rum in your Caiparinha if you tip them well. Happy hour is really happy three hours (5-8pm) and the crowd are as friendly and laid back as the staff.
Launched in 2003 in San Francisco by A Plus D – aka DJs Adrian & Mysterious D - Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents. Lennon Studios first opened in 1984 on Capp Street in San Francisco with bands such as (The Afflicted) (Speed Racer) (Faith No More) (The Dead Kennedys) (Chris Issacs) (Mentors) (Death Angel) (Verbal Abuse) (Flipper) and Many other San Francisco favorites! We then outgrew Capp Street as did our bands etc.. etc... Our main focus is to serve our customer with the tastiest and freshest peruvian dishes they ever experience. We love what we do, giving our customer a taste of Peru without actually flying down there. Food truck business is starting to bloom, we understand that people spend a lot of money going out and trying different type of food, at here in El Calamar we try to make sure that our customers get what they are paying for, with a fair portions and an outstanding taste. The world of Audio revolves around sound, and it is a danceclub that was created by sound fanatics. The layout of the nightclub, placement of the speakers, design of the 7 layered dance floor, and the Funktion One sound system were carefully crafted to create a revolutionary auditory experience. Combining retro décor with cutting edge music, Audio never sports a dress code and is an intimate venue to hear world class DJ’s without the pretension. With great sound comes great dancing, and our Nightclub was designed with a centrally located, spring loaded dance floor that keeps the faithful on their feet. The 1600 LED wall is custom programmed to visualize the music, and the thousands of square feet of tufted panels, drapes and acoustic paneling on the ceiling, absorb sound reverberation to create crystal clear mids and high, and punchy base. The result is a night club where the center of the dance floor sounds like a recording studio...just much louder. The two fully loaded brass-and-mirror cocktail bars surround each side of the dance floor making it always easy to get a drink. Our innovative custom lighting incorporates thousands of LEDs, every single one of which can change into any color. 3D video projection, dancers, and disco balls round out the experience. Audio is a mecca for amazing DJ talent, focusing on underground, deep house, techno, EDM and nu-disco music. Audio is available for both private and corporate events and welcomes all inquiries. We offer services ranging from venue rentals to full service event production and planning. Our venue is 3500 SF with an upstairs capacity of 400, while our downstairs sister restaurant, Bergerac, has a capacity of 250 people.
