The Portland Exposition Building, also known as The Expo, is a sports and exhibition venue building complex in Portland, Maine. The complex includes five inter-connected buildings with 330,000 square feet of exhibition space and 10 meeting rooms. The Center is adjacent to the Hadlock Field and the Portland Ice Arena. Phish, Ani Difranco, Natalie Merchant, The Monkees, and Rusted Root have played at the venue. It has also hosted trade shows and celebrations. It has been used for the Maine Red Claws basketball team, Portland High School Bulldogs basketball games, and indoor track events have been held at the Expo. In 2007 the Expo became the home of Maine Roller Derby. The main arena currently has 3,100 seats, making it one of the smallest to house an NBA Development League team.The building was designed by Frederick A. Tompson and was built in 1914 at a cost of $80,944. It is the second oldest arena in continuous operation in the United States . Locker rooms for Fitzpatrick Stadium, the visiting clubhouse for Hadlock Field as well as the Portland High School locker rooms are located downstairs.

The Portland Ice Arena is an ice hockey arena in Portland, Maine. Located on Park Avenue between Fitzpatrick Stadium and Hadlock Field, the Ice Arena has a seating capacity of 750 and is open 10 months of the year. Since its opening in 1984, it has been home to Portland Pirates hockey practices as well as local amateur teams and open skating hours. The facility was funded by a 20 year bond which was repaid in 2004. During the summer of 2012, the facility closed for energy efficiency repairs, which were the first major upgrades since the building opened in 1984. The repairs were funded by a $625,000 bond passed by voters in 2011 and were estimated to save the city 67,000 kilowatt-hours in energy use yearly.

These services include community integration, skills support, peer support and many others. Inclusive Atmosphere- We believe that mental illness is best managed when consumers and providers of mental health services work together. We don't make decisions for our clients, we help them learn how to make their own choices and provide them with ongoing support to ensure success. Fighting the Stigma- Shalom House works in the community to reduce the fear and stigma associated with mental illness so that those who suffer from mental illness may flourish in the mainstream of community life.
