KSYM is a student run radio station based out of San Antonio College. We broadcast on 90.1 FM to the city of San Antonio and online to the world. KSYM prides itself on being “Your Only Alternative” experience to commercial radio. KSYM showcases music you won't find on commercial stations. We offer LIVE on-air performances by local and touring acts. We also play up and coming artists, not only from Texas but, around the world.
The Scobee Education Center is now open to area schools and the general public. Daily planetarium shows and/or Challenger missions are available by making prior reservations with our secretary, Gina Gutierrez at 210-486-0100. Planetarium shows for the public are presented only on Fridays because of the lack of parking during college hours. Public shows are described on this Facebook page. Please note age guidelines.
