Chef and Owner Kevin Williamson decided long ago to concentrate more on the entire concept of the restaurant, instead of a specific food niché. "The speciality of Ranch 616 is not a specific food. It is more so the entire concept of the restaurant. The food is not Tex-Mex. It's not Southwestern either. The special concept of the restaurant is South Texas Ice House." The innovative cuisine encompasses flavors from the Gulf of Mexico to the border towns of Texas. Annies Café & Bar is a modern Brasserie in the heart of downtown Austin. Café Divine is located at Saint David's Episcopal Church in Austin Texas. We are one of the many ministries here at St David's. We serve a number of meals throughout the week to our parishioners and to the public. Our regularly scheduled meals include Sunday breakfast, Wednesday dinner and Thursday lunch. The St. David's Hospitality Ministry, which Café Divine is part of, offers various types of catering serves to the greater Austin Community. The Café Divine Staff includes Chef Ray Trono, Chef Anna Quattrochi and Cook/Dish Edmundo Diaz. We also are blessed with a brigade of volunteers who help to make Café Divine possible.
