The Apple Core Luncheonette & Brew is the newest addition to Cold Hollow. The Luncheonette specializes in a variety of lunch options including wraps, salads, grilled Panini's, kid-friendly items, and cold sandwiches served on your choice of homemade white or sweet potato wheat breads. We also offer daily lunch specials and soups. We pride ourselves in using an all-natural line of deli meats and organic greens in our products. Following the Vermont way, we incorporate many local products and seasonal produce to help boost local commerce. While you are here, enjoy a hard cider or local brew on draft with your meal. We are excited to announce that our own hard cider, Barn Dance, is now available for purchase and on draft to enjoy with your meal. We also have a beer store with over 60 local beers or hard ciders that you can take with you to go. The number of local beers and hard ciders continue to grow. So, fellow microbrewery enthusiats come check out our selection. Located next to the beer store is Boyden Valley Winery where you can enjoy a wine tasting, sample Barn Dance, or purchase growlers of Barn Dance.
The Apple Core Luncheonette operates 7 days a week, opening Monday through Thursday 11:00AM - 3:00PM and Friday through Sunday 11:00AM - 3:30PM; our beer store is open Monday through Sunday from 11:00AM to 5:00PM

GROUPS/COACHES WELCOME - Have a large group or motor coach? We have space to accomodate, but we ask 48 hours notice. All our menu ingredients and bread are made fresh, so we need ample time to make sure we are stocked for large groups beyond our normal day to day business. This will allow us to offer superior services and a delicious lunch!
