José Andrés’ was fascinated by the history he found connecting China and Mexico, two countries whose cuisine he has always admired. He wanted to bring these vibrant flavors and culinary techniques together in one place- where you can enjoy noodles, dumplings and tacos in one meal. Signature menu items include a large selection of tacos, featuring duck tongue, carnitas and Yucatan-style barbecued pork. Here you'll also find har gau, steamed dumplings, dan dan noodles, specialty soups like Swallow a Cloud and Ten Treasure, and an unexpected delight, rou jia mo, a chopped braised pork sandwich.
You'll be entertained as you watch these quick-handed chefs create orders in a flash.
