This is normally where we tell you how professional and experienced we are. We’re going to skip all that jazz and instead talk about you. You're the reason we've been in business since 1997. Thank you! And to repay you for supporting us all these years, we’re going to work our hardest to give you the best damn service you've ever received. A few facts you may not know: 1. CEO Mike Faith started the company in 1997 when he could not find a supplier with a decent selection of headsets, fast shipping, and accessible product support. Mike believed he could do better. Headsets.com is now the leading headset supplier in North America, with over 902,291 Customers. 2. We put Tootsie Rolls in every package we ship. It’s weird and we’re not sure why we started doing it, but Customers love it. 3. We love it when you contact us. No really, we look forward to hearing from you. You’ll never navigate a phone tree and we respond to your emails within two business hours. So please give us a shout anytime you need anything, even if it’s just to ask for some Tootsie Rolls. 2014 at Headsets.com Over 700k Minutes – We spent 710,000 minutes last year talking with Customers and we want to beat that number in 2015! Give us a call any time, no matter what you need at 1-800-HEADSETS (1-800-432-3738) CS50 Discontinued – One of our long-loved headsets was discontinued shortly into 2014. You’ve probably seen one of these even if you’ve never worn one. While this was sad for us and many of our Customers, we’ve been enjoying helping your new folks set-up their upgraded OfficeRunner headsets. Free T-Shirts – During 2014 we started giving out free t-shirts to Customers. If you want to tell the world "I Do It Hands Free" give us a call and we’ll send you one right away! Selfies – We asked Customers to send in fun selfies wearing their headsets, and we were thrilled to see all of your smiling faces!
