The closest vacation home resort to Walt Disney World (1.5 mi or 2.4 km), Windsor Hills boasts a variety of children’s themed playgrounds located throughout the resort. Picnic/BBQ areas, a putting green and sports courts (basketball, volleyball, tennis) are located in the recreation area near the over-sized parking lot. Look no further… This is the vacation home for you and your family!! This beautiful 5 bedroom and 4 bath home will easily accommodate up to 10 guests. Brand New Mattreses and Bedding. Both master suites have king size beds and cable TVs. One ensuite bathroom has a shower cubicle, an oval bathtub and a twin sink vanity. The 2nd ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower and a sink vanity. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a television and a bathroom located next to it. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have 2 twin beds in each bedroom. Between the 4th & 5th bedrooms is another bathroom. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a large lounge/living room with ample comfy seating for all of your guests, cable TV & DVD player. With vaulted ceiling, the large living room also has ceiling fans. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home: a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware, plates, glasses and silverware, etc. There is also seating in the dining room and breakfast area. There is a well-equipped laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use, complete with an ironing board and iron. When you are relaxing in the villa, the sparkling pool is the perfect place to enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool is gas heated with lighting so that you and your family can enjoy splashing around whatever time of year or time of day you come to stay. For additional fun, we also have a game room in the large double garage. The game room has a pool table, air hockey, foosball table, TV and stereo system. There is free wireless internet access. All towels, pool towels and linens are provided. This is strictly a no smoking home.
