Our training program is constantly varied, high intensity, with functional movement and focuses on all ten components of optimal physical fitness: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We offer group, private and semi-private classes. Our group classes integrate techniques and skill work with highly varied, challenging workouts. Our one-on-one personal training and our semi-private training sessions provide focused individual guidance and coaching tailored to the individual’s needs and goals.
RPP Fitness, Home of Great Falls CrossFit offers many different opportunities to improve your overall fitness through General Physical Preparedness. We offer a 2 week beginners course Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm, where we teach you all required movements to do any workout. We also have 9 different classes throughout the week and 2 classes on Saturday. We have a ladies night Wednesday night at 6:30pm coached by Jinnie and Jaime. Grand Master (7th degree Black Belt) Scott Miranti has been teaching Taekwondo to kids and adults for 40 + years. He has been a competitive martial artist fhis entire career-winning many national and international titles. We practice Olympic Style Taekwondo. We are affiliated with WTF, the Montana Taekwono Association. Our tots and kids programs teach children discipline and self-control thereby helping them improve their behavior and grades while having fun. Basic Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is also offered as an adjunct to all of our Taekwondo programs. Our adult programs instill practical self-defense techniques.
