Fresh flowers are ordered and received daily from South America, Ecuador and local growers. SMALL PRINTING: Our high speed, small format copiers duplicate from digital files and hard copy originals in either B/W or color. Both copiers: • staple • collate • run 45-55 copies/minute BW All specs are different, that’s why Jeffcoat caters to your needs; color, folding, tabs, inserts, binding, etc. LARGE PRINTING: Jeffcoat's clients benefit from our quick turnaround printing, as well as a reliable print source. With our five in-house large format copiers, your project will not be late because of mechanical difficulties. Our onsite mechanic stocks many high-mortality parts, to assist in copier redeployment. We stock 4-6 tons of paper, employ eight and run two shifts when necessary. Jeffcoat is committed to meeting the goals and needs of our clients. LARGE FORMAT COLOR: Jeffcoat is equipped to scan 36” wide color in several formats and resolutions, then burn them to CD. Additionally, we print from file or simply reproduce existing graphics on a range of media. Files may be sent by e-mail, placed in our ftp area or burned to CD. Most file types are accepted: pdf, tiff, plt- hpgl/2, bmp, jpeg, MS office, etc. Quality reproductions come from our plotter, which uses 6 dyes, supports postscript and output width of 42”. FINISHING: Books can be GBC bound (a 19-hole punch with a plastic comb), or specs may be drilled with 3 holes and placed in 3-ring binders, or simply stapled. We also add tabs, insert color sections and fold 11x17 sheets, etc, to provide the desired product for our clients. Plans can be mounted to foam-core up to 38” wide, and or sealed by 5 mill laminate up to 40” width. Of course print binding and stapling of specs is free, as are many of our services. ARCHIVING: Specs and plans can be scanned and burned to CD for reference or distribution, or entire projects could be burned, at time of job completion. Color renderings can be copied or digitized at various resolutions and formats. Archiving of historical originals would permanently save the information, and makes the document readily available. Furthermore, weather damage to plans and document storage space will be greatly reduced. PROJECT HOSTING: Clients who use our private ftp are enabled to have full control over their projects including revisions and type of sets. The ftp order form allows orders to be made when files are in there appropriate folders and ready to print. Document providers, who place their projects on PlanWell, are able to view plans, print them, and have them delivered to whomever. PlanWell also enables access to plans from anywhere at anytime. Architects, Engineers and Contractors (AEC) direct their clients and subs to Jeffcoat for reprints of their projects, allowing AEC more time to do their jobs. We act as a central point, coordinating plans between AEC and developers throughout the building process. WALK IN AND WAIT: Of Jeffcoat's 5 large format printers 2 are dedicated to our waiting customers. Both of these copiers are scan-to-print devices, which eliminates the “one set bottleneck”. Over half of our daytime staff is employed to service our waiting customers, to insure quick turnaround and print availability. PLAN DISTRIBUTION SERVICE: Print-Lable-Ship. Originals can be picked up, by Jeffcoat Blueprint, duplicated and sent anywhere. Once plans are printed, we deliver them throughout Manatee County, by our delivery staff. We use a courier service for nearby counties, and FedEx or UPS elsewhere. Plans are labeled with a stamp, transmittals are attached and prints packed for distribution, then taken to the appropriate places. This may be done on-line through PlanWell, e-mail, ftp or traditional methods; phone/fax. At Jeffcoat, plans can be ordered on-line by any approved user; individual pages or whole sets can be sent to any client, subcontractors or consultants. ORDER PLOTTING SUPPLIES: Plotting supplies may be ordered on-line; select the media or cartridge required and we will bill your account and deliver to your office. Or stop in, we stock many drafting and plotting supplies.
