Mission Statement The Mission of Rise Again Recovery and Wellness is to provide evidenced based treatment for individuals and their families who suffer from the ravages of addiction and co-occurring disorders. We focus on the individual needs of the client knowing that “one size” does not fit all and embrace complimentary and alternative treatment modalities that have proven efficacy. We are committed to conducting ourselves to the highest ethical standards and recognize the sacred duty that we have to all those whose lives are entrusted to our care. Vision Statement We will achieve our mission and vision by providing professional individual and group counseling and guidance, utilizing the treatment modalities of evidenced based therapy including Existential therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Psychotherapy, and Motivational Therapy. Clients in our PHP program will receive 24 hours of combines individual and group therapy, as well as psycho-education. Clients in our IOP program will receive 15 hours of individual and group therapy, as well as psycho-education. Groups include: • Art Therapy • Building Relationships • Co-dependency • Conflict resolution • Disease Model of Addiction • Family Group • Gender Group • Life Skills • Positivity Group  • Relapse prevention • Stress Management In addition to these groups, clients will attend 2 hours per day Primary Caseload; 4 times a week for PHP and 2 times a week for IOP. Primary Caseload clients will learn how to build trust with other individuals and increase their social skills, as well as to experience the therapeutic value of one addict helping another, through interpersonal learning and shared life experiences. Our program also includes a minimum of 1 hour a week per individual for individual therapy for both our PHP and IOP clients. Each client will have an individualized treatment plan that will be modified as necessary, to ensure that the treatment is meeting the person’s changing needs. Clients will also have access to Case Management services, which will include legal pending issues, housing, and employment.
DRT provides the following services to make you feel like yourself again: Motivational therapy for weight loss, performance enhancement for performers and athletes. Initial psychiatric assessment and examination with diagnosis and recommendations. Medication management, or pharmacotherapy. Consultation and second opinions. Therapy modalities including individual, family and group. Work place seminars and classes for special issues such as work place conflict and team building.
Family Counseling, LLC is owned and operated by Sonya S. Belletti, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Family Counseling, LLC is here to provide mental health therapeutic services to children, families, and couples. Family Counseling, LLC also provides in-home services to meet the needs and schedules of clients. About Sonya Sonya graduated from Syracuse University in 1997 with Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Studies. In 2004, she earned her Master of Social Work, with a specialty in Child and Family Welfare from San Jose State University. Sonya has continued her education through numerous trainings that include topics such as: trauma and traumatic stress, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, suicide, and couples therapy to name a few. With over 16 years on therapy experience, Sonya is an expert in her field and remains committed to helping her clients share their stories to find clarity, closure, and happiness.
