The Anaheim Packing House is a 42000sqft gourmet food hall in Downtown Anaheim, in Anaheim, California, United States. Along with the Packard Building, a renovated 1925 Mission Revival style building, and a farmer's market, it makes up a shopping center called the Anaheim Packing District. The Packing House opened in 2014 and is located in a renovated 1919 former Sunkist citrus packing house built in Spanish Colonial Revival style. It is one of the few remaining packing houses in Orange County, and the only one in Anaheim. The packing house was added to the National Register of Historic Places as the Anaheim Orange and Lemon Association Packing House in 2015.

Established in 2014 as one of the inaugural businesses within the newly renovated Anaheim Packing House, The Hammer Workshop & Bar is a wholly original type of watering hole. We specialize in serving both original and classic handcrafted cocktails of the highest quality while providing a fun, interactive atmosphere that pays homage to our agricultural heritage. On top of our unique selection of mixed drinks we also have a collection of over a hundred spirits, including hard-to-find, top-shelf award-winning brands. Our rotating draft beer selection emphasizes local craft breweries and we also serve craft beer by the can and wine by the glass. True to our farmer's market roots, all of our drinks are made using only the freshest natural ingredients. We hand-squeeze fresh fruit on site for all of our juices, and we make all of our own syrups. Even our soda mixers are fructose free: we use only bottled sodas made with real cane sugar. We offer the full dining experience as well. Chef April Ventura's unique spin on traditional pub food pairs perfectly with our variety of beverages, and we also have locally packaged sweet and savory snacks for sale right at the bar. The services don't stop at food and drinks either: we also have a collection of American-made vintage collectables for sale. The Anaheim Packing House is unique in all of Southern California in that it allows patrons to peruse the entire building as well as our outdoor patio with their beer and/or wine. Where your Butchers can give you excellent advise on not only which cut your looking for but how to cook it. Also where you can get a meal for a reasonable price that is made from scratch in house. Wheat and Sons will carry Grass Fed as well as Grass Fed/Grain Finished Beef, for both palates. Whole hogs, goats, lamb, duck and chicken which we will break down in to different cuts. Also pasture raised eggs and rotating in bison, quail, squab, rabbit and whatever else we can get our hands on. Six week Dry Aged Beef Ribeyes and New Yorks will also be available. A casual bite to eat will also be offered, for those in the neighborhood and local businesses that don't want to spend a lot on Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, but want a good meal at the same time. Because we are a Butcher shop we will also make a doughnut fried in Organic house-rendered lard. We will be offering Market inspired Sandwiches that showcase our House Charcuterie, as well as Rotisserie Chickens and Sausages. This idea came to us not only from having past experience but because living in Orange we have to drive all the way to Irvine to get a decent cut of meat. When we do, its from a major supermarket and the meat is from Canada half the time. We feel that every town should have a local butcher shop where you know and trust the people working there. That way everyone gets the best product possible but also a sense of community. Where you look forward to going to your Butcher, like our Grandparents did.

The vision for this new urban certified farmers market is to offer the community high quality agricultural goods from local growers and ranchers, as well as gourmet artisanal foods. The operator of the market is Downtown Anaheim Association, a non-profit, mutual benefit organization, which has been managing the Thursday Downtown Anaheim Certified Farmers' Market for the past 19 years. The addition of the new weekend market at Farmers Park will give Anaheim residents and tourists two chances to shop locally fresh every week. Farmers Park is a beautiful two acre park featuring a grassy knoll, redwood boardwalk, community gardens and olive grove. Connecting two historic landmarks, the Anaheim Packing House and Packard Building, the park offers a vibrant community gathering place.
