We offer a variety of fun, flirty classes that provide a phenomenal full body workout. Pole spins and tricks are accessible to everyone as our instructors break moves down into easy to follow steps. No matter which class you choose, you will leave the studio feeling fit and fabulous In pole class, you may wear a comfortable t-shirt/tank, yoga shorts, or short shorts. Footwear is optional and limited to dance approved foot protectors, socks, or gym shoes. It is recommended students attend classes with bare feet. Certain moves may require extra mobility and students may want to bring a pair of socks to protect feet. Please refrain from wearing lotions or oils on your skin as well as strong fragrances and perfumes.
Towers Nightlife will have an atmosphere were you an come and relax with your friends and co workers. Plan special events. Towers will also schedule some live entertainment. and Dj's playing music having you dance the night away. Age limit is 25 and up dress code strictly enforced. That mean dress to impress. The purpose of this corporation shall be to study, promote an interest in, and disseminate knowledge of lapidary and various Earth Sciences including but not necessarily limited to Geology, Paleontology and Mineralogy. It shall be a particular purpose of the corporation to provide education in these fields to its members and the general public, especially to youth and student groups. Regular monthly meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Bethany Park Shelter House on the third Thursday of the month: Sep., Oct., Nov., Feb., Mar., Apr., and May; the second Sunday in December; and the fourth Saturday in January. Youth activities begin at 6:30 p.m. on the same dates. Summer meetings and other activities will be announced as they are planned. Membership dues for the Lincoln Gem & Mineral Club are as follows: Adults (age 16 and over) - $15 per year or $25 per couple (within the same household) Juniors - $2 per year (with a responsible adult) All new memberships must be accompanied by a written application. Prospective members must gain Board approval and attend one regular meeting before being approved for membership.
Troupe Sicorae is a group of women bound together by friendship and dance. We are an improvisational, tribal-style belly dance troupe. Tribal belly dance blends the folkloric, nomadic, and classical dances of the Middle East, Spain, India, Egypt, and many other cultures along the Silk Road. As this dance has passed through generations and traveled around the world, it has seen many changes, though one thing remains -- we celebrate the subtlety, power, and grace of the female through the dance. We have taken these roots and developed a dance that echoes through the ages. Physically challenging and spiritually grounding, tribal belly dance empowers women. As we dance in our circle, a community of all sizes and ages develops. It is a dance for every body. The result is a delicate fusion of feminine grace, passionate improvisation, and deliberate spiritual connection.ourselves are different on any given day. Whether we feel differently or the music strikes us differently or the atmosphere makes us feel differently.
I started 7D Designs as a graphic design company based out of Lincoln, Nebraska back in 2012. I focus on designing and screen printing t-shirts, but I also design and print posters, do branding and logo development, illustration, and even web design. The sole purpose of my career is to take the talents and gifts God has given me and make awesome artwork to help evangelize and bring others closer to Him. But, to be honest, I love working as a designer because I am challenged every day and I get to create new and unique solutions to problems. I do what I love and I love what I do.

Bows that are custom made are non-returnable and non-refundable. A picture of the bow will be posted when completed, if there are questions or issues with the bow they need to be addressed BEFORE the bow ships. Once the bow is shipped the sale is final.
Our company began as a landscape design/installation business in 1988. In 1995, we opened a retail store with a diverse offering of trees and shrubs, two greenhouses and six employees. In fifteen years Finke Gardens has grown to over five acres of nursery and retail space extending from 66th to 70th Street between the MoPac Bike Trail on the north and Dead Man’s Run on the south. The retail store is closed for the winter, but staff is working Monday through Friday and can assist with landscape design, tree & shrubs, garden decor and gift certificates.
