Dr. William G. Hart Jr. is a board certified plastic surgeon who has practiced for over 20 years in St. Louis, MO. His office is located at St. John's Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur. He also has board certification in Ear, Nose, and Throat and Hand Surgery. With his double certification in plastic surgery and ENT, Dr. Hart especially enjoys performing rhinoplastys. In addition to burn care, Dr. Smock performs reconstructive plastic surgery, including hand surgery, microsurgery and wound care.
