The Alehouse is located in the Tack Factory building and combines the charm and character of the historic space with the bold industrial elements reminiscent of the Holland Tack Factory that occupied the building for more than 90 years. The Holland fasteners went into major league baseballs, countless school bulletin boards and enough sofas to seat all of Baltimore. During the Civil War, the building served as a hospital for Confederate soldiers. We are proud to continue the Charm City tradition of this extraordinary space! The inaugural Baltimore Brew Festival will take place at West Shore Park in downtown Baltimore from 2pm to 6pm on Oct 26, and will feature dozens of breweries, food trucks, and live music.
The longtime catcher, a member of the Orioles Hall of Fame and 1983 World Series MVP, is also a member of the Orioles broadcast team and will make frequent appearances at Dempsey’s. The full-service brew pub, with a décor featuring plenty of Rick Dempsey and Orioles memorabilia, accommodates 150 in the dining area, 100 at the bar, and another 80 in outdoor seating on its Eutaw Street patio. We serve lunch and dinner seven days a week, year-round, featuring broad menus that are sure to hit every taste. And then there’s the beer! Dempsey’s features more than 20 bottled beers, including 10 local and regional craft brews, as well as four distinct draft beers brewed onsite, all featuring baseball-themed names. Please stop in and see us for lunch, dinner or to host a special celebration. Parking Parking for Dempsey's patrons is available in the North Warehouse Lot outside the historic B&O Warehouse Building at Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Parking is free for Dempsey’s patrons on Non-Game Days, Monday thru Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
