Zane Williams is a 55 year old large format digital printer. Realizing that the ground rules were changing quickly in the screen print industry, we set out on a path to survive not only the recession, but the fast moving pace of the short run digital print world. In 2008, we moved to our third location at 5757 Manchester Road. Upon moving to our new location, we purchased an HP Turbo Jet digital printing press, the first of its kind in St. Louis. We coupled the press with an Inline digital cutter that automatically cuts down the product to finish size to reduce post handling and passed the saving on to our customers. This press allowed us to print Transit signage, banners and decals, faster saving on labor cost and materials. In 2010, we saw the need for additional high-end printing and finishing equipment, so we purchased a Lambda Photographic Printer and a Zund I-cut machine. The Lambda press is unmatched in quality, printing to a fuji photographic paper that can the be mounted to almost any substrate for interior signage or displays. The Zund I-cut machine is the best of its kind that will route to shape, score and die-cut intricate parts, kiss cut decals and cut out dimensional lettering. This type of equipment enabled us to enter the high-end retail environment. Now, in 2012, demand is growing and changing. Lead times are shorter and the need for quicker turn in demands cannot be ignored. Zane Williams has purchased a new S-20 Inca ,6 color flatbed press. This is the first one of its kind in North America and will print rigid and flexible substrates up to 10’ x 5’ . This new addition run 6 times faster and prints colors with a deeper and richer look. We have also realized the growth in the soft signage industry. The demand for interior retail soft signage has grown faster than any other area in the past 3 years. This has led us to purchase a Direct sublimation printer. The Direct sublimation printer is the latest in technology that will print on all kinds of fabrics for the fashion industry, indoor and outdoor fabrics, flags, pennants and trade show graphics. This press delivers unbelievable bright and brilliant colors that will hold up not only inside, but outside as well. Here at Zane Williams we have put in over 2.25 million dollars in the past 4 years for the best printing equipment. This has allowed us to continue to bring our clients the absolute best products available under one roof. Whether it be from Silkscreening to high-end digital printing and in house finishing department, we can warehouse assemble POP kits from 1 to 1000’s and ship and track them to any destination point. Lastly, let us not forget about our valued employees who are the engine that drives our technology. Combined, our 20 employees have over 250 years of experience to trouble shoot, analyze and make sure your project exceed your expectations and arrive on time.

We are a recycling facility that processes non-hazardous oil saturated absorbents through a recycling process, comprised of centrifuge and dry cleaning operations. Initially, saturated absorbents are processed through a centrifuge operation to remove excess non-hazardous fluids from the absorbents. The extracted oil is transported off site for recycling by an EPA approved oil recycling company. Our absorbents are then cleaned through our patented dry-cleaning process utilizing state-of-the-art equipment. Our industrial closed loop dry-cleaning machine utilizes a refraction distillation system that reclaims greater than 99% of the solvent for reuse. The clean absorbents are then packaged for re-distribution to our customers. This process turns 3 separate waste streams into 3 reusable products!
