Palmer Leasing, Inc. is a trailer and storage/ground container leasing and sales firm headquartered in St. Louis. Palmer is also an authorized, full-service dealer for Strick dry vans, Evans flatbeds, and Cheetah container chassis. In addition, our mobile storage, local cartage and over-the-road (OTR) equipment from various reputable manufacturers is ready for our clients' use, without the expense, exposure or hassle of ownership and always at competitive rates. The firm was founded in 1965 with an initial fleet of eleven trailers, operating from a shared office, Palmer was an early pioneer in emerging business trailer leasing, providing our clients all the benefits of ownership and more at a fraction of the cost. From this small venture, Palmer has expanded gradually, primarily relying on organic growth and customer referrals over the years into one of the largest privately held companies of its type in the country. From its inception, Palmer has focused on leasing trailers and mobile storage equipment. Today we are increasing the scope of the firms’ services in response to our clients’ needs, to include not only lease, sell and financing of trailers and related equipment but also provide consulting, valuation, analytics and information management resources.

The Center has four areas available for rental. Our kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, beverage coolers, two sinks, two stoves, a microwave and ice machines. We offer 84 rectangular tables, seating 800 chairs and 45 round tables, seating 8 per table. Our staff is available during rental hours should there be an emergency. Catering service is available upon request. Our lighted parking lot can accommodate over 275 vehicles. Security is provided through the Upsilon Omega Foundation. If you are interested in reserving a fabulous dance hall, spacious meeting or conference rooms or banquet rooms with facilities a reception or special event, please contact Center Management at 385-4100 for negotiated pricing. Facility Description Multi-Purpose Hall The Multi-Purpose Hall seats 800. The room is ideal for large parties, concerts, corporate events and banquets. The Multi-Purpose Hall is 10,000 sq. ft. Banquet Room The Banquet Room seats 150. The room is a spacious, informal hall ideal for small to medium sized parties and/or celebrations, wedding receptions and repasts. The Banquet Room is 1,800 sq. ft. Club Room The Club Room seats 50. The room is ideal for private parties and meetings. The Club Room is 800 sq. ft. Patio The Patio provides an out door experience ideal for fresh air parties and gatherings. The Upsilon Omega Foundation, Inc., an independent not-for-profit corporation organized by the Upsilon Omega Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., manages and controls the Omega Center.
