Hours are on show days only. The box office opens at 4pm on show days, as well.

Our drive to serve the flawless cup of coffee is all consuming and we've been known to blur the fine line between aficionados and addicts. We're humbled by the love and passion of the coffee farmer. We're inspired by the craft and the quality of the coffee pioneers who came before us. We're emboldened by the artisanship of devoted roasters and baristas among us. We chose the name Publik because it means community. We believe that coffee breeds community and coffee houses are the anchors that ground them. We are Publik Coffee Roasters.

We also have a delicious selection of Sandwiches, Salads, Soups, Pastries and Smoothies to choose from. We serve Homemade Soup, Salad and Sandwiches and support local as often as possible. We have options for everyone! -Vegan -Gluten-free -Organic -Carnivorous -Fat Free -Decaf -Sinful... you name it! Some customer favorites are: The Basil Pesto Roll, toasted and served with our homemade Aoili sauce The Ham & Cheese Croissant Gluten-Free Carrot Cake The Vegan muffin toasted and served with a side of Honey & Peanut Butter Our Breakfast Croissant served with a side of fresh fruit Vegan Brownies: Hempseed, Walnut & Peanut Butter We also have an Alchemy Family connection to a coffee farm on the east side of the Big Island of Hawai'i called Puna Moon where they grow, pick, process and roast coffee. We serve Hawai'ian coffee on the weekends by the cup and always have the beans to buy in bulk along with all of our other coffees that we serve. So come enjoy a mug straight from farm to cup, or be adventurous and try a Billie Holiday, Green Elf, or Choco Chai (we have 2 kinds of Chai to choose from!)

Studio Elevn is a hub for creativity and collaboration in Salt Lake City. Our production space allows artists to create on a full or part time basis. The studio itself focuses strongly on photography and videography, however, it also includes artists, graphic designers, web designers, motion graphics, copywriters, and independent publishers working within the space and the community to build the Salt Lake art scene. Elevn also functions as an alternative event space. With high ceilings, concrete columns, industrial/minimalist designed furniture, guests are greeted with a style and grace found only in NY or LA. We hold monthly art galleries, private parties, non-profit fundraisers, art classes, marketing classes for artists and fine art exhibitions. We are striving to push the creative talent of Salt Lake to the next level.

Old World Charm style, high vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, balcony inside & out, spiral staircase, free & secure parking, wood dance floor, majestic fireplace, fine art gallery, sound system, piano, tables & linens included, plus photo shoot garden. We also are home to the Ivy House Gallery of Fine Art exhibiting various artists including Cejay, our new Western Gardens Artist in Residence.
