The walls and flooring are Tassos white marble and the elevator core is a deep red Rosso Collemadia marble. The 1440 Broadway refrigeration plant consists of a 480-ton Trane electric centrifugal chiller, a 500-ton York direct fired absorption chiller, and three 500-ton Evapco cooling towers.
