Mr. Gil Manzano, Jr. is a Partner and Co-founder of the law firm of Manzano Sanchez, P.C. Mr. Manzano handles the Immigration practice for the firm and supervises the litigation department. During his career, he has handled a wide variety of commercial and contract transactions, personal injury claims, and federal and civil litigation matters. The firm’s Immigration practice includes all family and business type cases. Such cases include Cancellation of Removal, Convention Against Torture (CAT), deportations, removal, appeal, Visas and Work Permits, Asylum, Complete Adjustment, Consulate Processing, Employment Petitions and the underutilized EB-2 Investor Treaty Visas. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Manzano has represented individuals from all the South American countries. A native of Southern California, Mr. Manzano received his B.S.B.A in Finance from Northern Arizona University. While an undergraduate, he was named a member of Who’s Who Among College and University Students and a member of the National Hispanic Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Pacific College of Law whereby he graduated top 5% of his class. He was a recipient of numerous Witkin/American Jurisprudence Awards for academic excellence. To complete his academic career, in 2005, he obtained a Masters In Law (LLM) in Taxation with an emphasis in E-Commerce from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Mr. Manzano is a member of the Connecticut State Bar, American Bar Association (ABA), and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). In 2010, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Marco Sanchez is a Partner and Co-founder in the law firm of Manzano Sanchez, P.C . Mr. Sanchez handles the Business Law, Estate Planning and Litigation practice for the firm. Mr. Sanchez is a renowned public speaker and has taught several hundred seminars on the subjects of Asset Protection, Taxation, Entity Planning and Estate Planning throughout the United States to various investors and small business owners. Born in South Central Texas, Mr. Sanchez received his B.A in Political Science from the University of Dayton, Ohio. He received his Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Akron School of Law. Mr. Sanchez makes his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Sanchez is a member of The State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association (ABA).
