Since 1995 Brentwood Martial Arts and Fitness has been providing Martial Arts, Self-Defense and Fitness instruction to the Brentwood Community. We offer Private and Group instruction to Men, Women and Children of all ages and athletic levels in the morning, afternoon and evenings.
Semi-private (personal training in a small group of 2-3) & private training are offered at our exclusive personal training studio in Brentwood (corner of Barrington and Wilshire). Our team of 2 includes: former Kansas State quarterback Adam Hamilton and fat loss expert Dylan Conrad. All of which focus on 1) fat loss and 2) rehabilitative exercise.
