Bellin Health, www.bellin.org, is an integrated health care delivery system based in Green Bay, Wis. It has serviced people in Northeast Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula since 1908. It is comprised of Bellin Hospital, Bellin Psychiatric Center, 26 Bellin Health Family Medical Center primary care physician clinics, and several retail health clinics known as Bellin Health FastCare. Bellin also operates Bellin Health Partners, a physician-hospital organization with more than 200 specialty physician members, the Bellin Health Oconto Hospital, a critical care access hospital in Oconto, Bellin Fitness Center with four locations, and Bellin College. We are a clinic for the low-income and uninsured and currently we administer 12 programs including W.I.C., Healthcare for the Homeless(HCH) and 2 school nurses and 1 pediatrician at 4 at-risk elementary schools. We have 3 sites. Our main, central location is at 622 Bodart St. Our Outreach clinic for the homeless is also in downtown Green Bay at 879 Mather St. and our second main site is on the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College(NWTC) campus on the west side of the city.

Share is a national support resource for families who have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, early infant death or SIDS. HSHS St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay and HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan serve as the host sites for the Northeast Wisconsin Share Chapter, assisting families throughout Northeast Wisconsin, regardless of where their loss took place.
