Christopher Gable and Brother-sister team Kevin and Rebecca Amos, both with extensive culinary backgrounds, have joined forces to bring the most eclectic food truck to Wichita, with other culinary services provided. Having nearly a decade of work experience in the health food industry, Kevin and Becca can accommodate any special needs diet. Gluten free, dairy free and vegan offerings will be available. Be sure to check in with us weekly for those selections. The Garden of Eatin' is all about "choices." Customers will have the option of choosing from healthy offerings of fresh squeezed juices, smoothies, home-made granola, salads, soups and sandwiches. Our water is filtered, our sauces do not contain high-fructose corn syrup, and our beans are roasted to perfection by the Spice Merchant. Our beans are then ground in a Malkonig K30 Vario grinder mere moments before your drink bursts forth into existence at our loving hands. These drinks are made by two people who care about quality, consistency and love as expressed through the work we do. Please come try our drugs, they are bad-ass.
