Forged from an historic LoDo warehouse, Tavern Downtown is the premiere high end sports bar in Denver. The main level offers two bars, lounge area with game room, dining room and dance floor and numerous HD TVs. Brothers Bar and Grill was founded in 1990 in LaCrosse, Wisconsin and since then has expanded to 17 locations in 10 Midwestern states. Service Systems Associates (SSA) was founded on the principals of a handshake agreement over 30 years ago. Now a national company with 50+ accounts, SSA serves over 25 million guests annually at cultural attractions across the nation. SSA specializes in food & beverage operations, catering, retail merchandising, and environmental services at Zoos, aquariums, museums, and marinas.

From our 24,000 square foot FDA inspected plant (that is 100% powered by wind generated electricity) every day we bake over 20,000 pounds of tortillas, and chips!
