Dr. Mirta Caminero, a native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the director of MC Derm. Along with her dedicated staff, she creates a warm and professional environment for her patients. Dr. Caminero studied medicine and attained her specializations in Argentina, as well as Miami, Florida. She has extensive experience in pediatric dermatology, however considers herself a dermatology specialist for all age groups, from newborns to adults. She offers acne therapies including prescription medications, facials, peels and Blue light treatments. She also performs cosmetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers and Hair Laser Removal. She enjoys academic medicine and ad honorem contributions, participating annually in the AAD Skin Cancer Screening, including its Guinness-record -breaking May 2006 edition. She is also part of multiple medical societies from all over the world -USA, Latin America, and Europe and frequently attends the conventions they host.
