My name is Theotis James and I am the founder of Limitless Training LLC. Before you start life-changing journey with me, let me tell you a little about myself. I am a graduate of North Central College in Naperville, IL with a degree in exercise science. My career path allowed me the opportunity to work with some of the best trainers in the country through internships with the Chicago Bulls-Chicago White Sox Academy. My passion for fitness has never been questioned, as I've always been a pretty active person. Whether playing basketball, baseball, soccer, cross-country, and football, it has always been a high priority to stay active. As I progressed through my athletic endeavors, I started to focus on what gave me the most fulfillment and challenge. While I enjoyed those other sports, I found running was my calling. I was fortunate to participate in the state tournament for Cross-Country, which led to a scholarship to run at the collegiate level with North Central. With the love of sports comes the growing pains that coincide with them. Hence, when I started to experience some unfortunate injuries during my college running days, I knew that educating others and myself about exercise science was my passion. Staying informed on the rigors of exertion we put on our bodies and how we take care of ourselves is the ultimate reward for a healthy lifestyle. Because of this experience, I knew my mission was to provide people with a more progressive approach to training. Being able to train and teach how to prevent those injuries from happening by making you stronger, more energized, and ultimately motivated to keep pushing yourselves and enjoy doing the activities you love to do.
