Hello, I am building a 20 telescope Optical Telescope Array (O.T.A) in the desert of Southern Nevada. Each telescope has time that can be purchased via paypal, credit card and the likes at a fraction of the cost of bigger telescope companies. Instead of purchasing a high-end telescope that you may only use a few times, set-up and take-down, transport, or store, you could buy time on one or more of these telescopes and have access to them when-ever and where-ever you want via the internet with a personal computer and save yourself the hassle. There will be different levels of optical telescope performance to offer users affordable options. To make a donation please click this link and ---> Help me make this become a reality All single donations from: $100-$499.99 will have use of the telescope(s)* upto 8 +/- hours DURING the testing phase. (you will decide the times, telescope(s) will be assigned) (two telescopes at once = 4 hours each telescope =8 hours). $500-$999.99 will have use of the telescope(s)* upto 16+/- hours DURING the testing phase. (you will decide the times, telescope(s) will be assigned) and upto 16+/- hours of telescope* time AFTER testing is complete. $1,000-$1999.99 This one will have the special privilege of granting, to a school of your choosing (K-12), 2 (two) telescopes* and upto 16+/- hours of time EACH for a total of upto 48+/- hours AFTER testing is complete. You may present this, in person, if you desire. $5,000-$9,999.99 will have one telescope* and dome engraved permanently with your name (nothing vulgar, crude, copyrighted etc… you get the pitcher) and referred to as such from then on in all circumstances (web names, ceremonies and such, if some of the telescopes do not get named during this process, there will be a drawing for a name from the pool of donators that didn’t meet this requirement, kind of like dipping in a hat and picking out a name**) and have the special privilege of granting, to a school of your choosing (K-12), 2 (two) telescopes* and upto 16+/- hours of time EACH for a total of upto 48+/- hours AFTER testing is complete. You may present this, in person, if you desire. $10,000 or more and we start to talk share options (Please get in touch with me before you make this donation to discuss more options) ( * represents that the telescope to be used or named will be decided depending on donation amount) (** represents that the school choosing, telescope(s) and time(s) will not be offered, only the naming process) The public testing phase will begin once the donation amount reaches maturity ($200,000.) and will last 480 hours (8 hours a night for 60 days) Full public release for time purchases will be granted 24 hours after the public testing phase is complete. You will be able to purchase time on any telescope per the price sheet that will be available on our website. The above donors will be notified by email when the testing phase is to begin so that proper scheduling of times may take place. Public scheduling, after testing is complete, will be web based and you will be able to schedule upto 6 months in advance. (longer time must be requested) I will try my hardest to have the telescope that you would desire available when you schedule time but remember someone else may have already been assigned that telescope. Now for some of the good stuff, There will be two telescopes of the same caliber for the use of “Binocular” optics on all levels of performance, though at any given time one of them may be in use at the time you request (per pre-ordered scheduling) so please consider how you plan to use allotted time and schedule accordingly. (I will do my best to avoid this) There will be a total of 20 (twenty) telescopes that you may choose from ranging from ultra-high def deep-space 16” reflector telescopes to midrange 8” telescopes and each one of them will be housed in a dome of their own. I will have 2 (two) low-end amateur grade telescopes as well. One will be free for schools (k-8) on a first-come first-served basis and the other one will be a live feed, of our selection, to the web for any one to see. This is just a small description of this project. If you would like find out more about this, please feel free to message me any time and I will do my best to describe my plans and goals or any other request or questions that you have. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Mikie G. Gordon ( the fine print) only one instance of the donation amounts above per donator will be honored eg. multiple donations of $100+ will only be granted the $100 - $499.99 offer once. (this also applies to all other offers) All above offers are subject to change without notice at our discretion. (but likely won’t)
