Users of and visitors to MDX social media sites are hereby notified that the intended purpose of MDX participation on the site is to provide a mechanism for communication between MDX and members of the public. We encourage you to share your thoughts and comments. COMMENTING GUIDELINES MDX reserves the right to restrict or remove any content that is deemed in violation of these guidelines or any applicable law: • Comments not related to the particular social medium article being posted • Comments in support of or opposition to political candidates and/or campaigns • Profane language or content • Content that promotes, fosters, or perpetuates discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, national origin, physical or mental disability or sexual orientation • Sexual content or links to sexual content • Posts promoting commerce not directly affiliated with MDX • Conduct or encouragement of illegal activity • Content that may violate copyrighted materials or materials owned by other parties • Libelous, profane, defamatory, hateful, harassing, threatening or obscene • Personal attacks or threats against MDX employees • Links or advertisements • Violations of copyright or intellectual property rights • Spam or technical disruptions to this page • Private account-related issues • Off-topic; or in violation of Facebook’s terms of service or any laws or regulations. Should a member of the public violate these guidelines, their content may be edited, revised or removed; and anyone repeatedly posting material that violates these guidelines will be blocked, at the discretion of MDX, from all MDX social media sites. We ask that you keep your comments and posts respectful to community members and relevant to MDX and its programs, news or initiatives, or the transportation industry. In addition, MDX will not post form letters with the same content from multiple users. Relevant comments or likes on previous published posts are welcome.
