Dr. Ryder is a physician providing health care for common foot and ankle problems. After completing nine years of medical school and specialty training, Dr. Ryder has practiced podiatry since 2000. Dr. Ryder obtained her pre-medical degree from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling, West Virginia. She completed her podiatry-medical schooling at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland and completed her residency training at Brea Community Hospital and White Memorial Medical Center in Southern California. She is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine and has been chosen by her peers as the Secretary/Treasurer of the South Dakota Podiatric Medical Association. Studies show that people typically take 5,000 – 18,000 steps a day on their feet and over 2/3 of our entire lives are spent in footwear.
