Annie Moons Bakery & Café offers an ever expanding menu of sandwiches and sides made from scratch using the freshest, locally-sourced ingredients. We also offer a variety of hand crafted baked goods and pastries. Enjoy a refreshing drink with your food! We cold brew our iced coffee and iced teas and we also make our own fresh squeezed lemonade and chai. We will be happy to bake to order loaves of bread or custom decorated cakes and cookies. As Red Fox, Jenny, Chris, and Jake built an brick oven together in the backyard of delightful South City grocery, Grove East Provisions. There they bake naturally-fermented artisan loaves and scrumptious pastries to be sold in-house and all around town. We fire up our oven and bake Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Find our stuff all week long at Grove East Provisions! Also available at Local Harvest and City Greens, and a handful of restaurants around town. To the staff of life!
The story of Absolutely Perfect Sauce & Seasoning started over 30 years ago in St. Louis Missouri. When Ken Mellow purchased his first kettle grill, the journey to creating these award winning flavors started. Ken wanted to create BBQ flavors that compliment traditional BBQ while also being exciting and innovative. After years of perfecting recipes in the backyard, Absolutely Perfect Sauce & Seasoning debuted on the BBQ competition circuit in 2006. To date, these Sauces & Seasonings have won awards at the biggest events in barbecue, both locally and on the national level. It is with great pleasure that we are able to offer our family's secret award winning flavors to you. As we continue to develop new products, we draw on the foundation that Ken laid while looking for ways to raise the bar to new levels. Please enjoy these flavors in your backyard or in the heat of competition.
Healthy and delicious bread! We freshly grind all our wheat just before baking. This business venture is part of a master's level nutrition and dietetics course at Saint Louis University. Created by Lorraine and Karen, dietetic interns and master's students. All baking is done through Saint Louis University's Fresh Gatherings.
