ChaplinAK Air operates one aircraft for now. An 1981 Cessna A-185F. Depending on the season and the demand, I operate on either Amphibious floats, Tundra tires, or Skis. Generally the aircraft is on floats from June-Sept, Tundra tires October, November, May, and Skis from December thru April. I am the only pilot flying for ChaplinAK Air. For the last 20 years I have been flying in the Alaska wilderness accruing over 17,000 hours of flying experience. The regular Charter rate is $500/hour. The rate may vary depanding on distance and time operating away from base.
