This fast paced 60minute class provides 3540 minutes of MMAfight-inspired punching and kickboxing, combined with bodyweight movements and strength training utilizing kettlebells, medicine balls, and dumbbells. Student athletes are trained in techniques from MMA, cardio kickboxing, Muay Thai, traditional boxing, and Krav Maga, with an emphasis on speed and constant movement. Students enjoy an intense one hour workout to great music and energy, and burn between 600 to 1,000 calories per session. No shoes allowed in class for safety and striking effectiveness. Unyted Fight Club Krav Maga Unyted offers a comprehensive fighting and sparring program that allows you to use your Krav Maga skills against other students and instructors in simulated attack situations.
