I have been a broker in the Town of York for over 35 years, owned and operated my own company for 23 years before joining Better Home & Gardens Real The Masiello in 1998. Through the years I have enjoyed working with and training many of my agents that I enjoy working with today. I have considered York my home town since my family moved here in 1956. I have observed York's many changes. I attended the York School systems, Boy Scouts (troop 301), and worked many summer jobs to help pay for my education, graduating from Providence College in 1972. I worked for only one company prior to beginning my real estate career here in York. I have extensive experience in commercial development and land sub-division/development. I enjoy my career and hope to fulfill my customers’ needs through my experiences and the network of relationships I have been so lucky to build. I currently am the managing broker of three seacoast office representing over 120 million dollars in annual revenue. I live on the York River and have grown up enjoying all water activities offer by York. My family and I enjoy the many parades, inner village activities, such as Marketfest, Christmas in July, York Days in August and the rest. I am fortunate to have my grandchildren close by and the small town atmosphere fits our family's needs. We enjoy our many family members living in our area along with our friends, and associates from work. Gatherings usually are surrounded by food, spirits, sports and water related sports, and of course the beach. I am also blessed having my many visitors and friends to our home on a regular basis sharing the pleasures of our little town - did I mention the four golf courses within 9 miles or the eight within 15?
