Dr. Steven Branson, our Pastor, delivers messages which are both challenging and relevant. Malcolm Grainger, our Minister of Music and Worship, along with our Sanctuary Choir and Orchestra lead the congregation in offering praise to God through traditional hymns and contemporary choruses. Each contract labor position is designed with our employees in mind; to fit and maximize their skills, career goals, and personal situation. Flexible work arrangements include altered scheduling, reduced hours, compressed workweek, job sharing, and medical time off as needed; and employees receive daily job coaching to ensure their success in assigned tasks. Managers are trained to set goals carefully with individuals and teams, and to evaluate performance based on results, rather than the hours employees are at their assigned work area. There is give-and-take in our environment, and when business needs increase, all employees work together to do what it takes to get the job done.
