San Diego Contracting Opportunities Center (SDCOC) is an economic development program of Southwestern College/Foundation. We provide training and one-on-one assistance to help San Diego small businesses learn how to do business with federal, state and local government agencies. Any small business with an office in San Diego County may receive SDCOC services provided it has a product or service that has reasonable expectation of being procured under government contract or purchase order. This assistance is provided at no cost small businesses with an office in San Diego County.
The Multi-Cultural Community Relations Office, formerly known as the Indo-Chinese Storefront, was established by the San Diego Police Department in 1987 to address the specific needs of our growing refugee population in San Diego. We focus on the Southeast Asian and East African communities, but available to serve anyone who needs our assistance
