The Alchemy Room is a state of the art beverage education lab created for training and demonstrations; including beverage recipe testing, educational seminars, cocktail competitions, product kick-offs and special events. The Alchemy Room, located in the Wirtz Beverage Nevada offices on West Cheyenne Avenue in North Las Vegas, will not be open to the public. It is designed to meet all customer and Wirtz Beverage training needs. The Alchemy Room creator Drew Levinson, Beverage Development Specialist at Wirtz Beverage Nevada said, “This is a groundbreaking facility in both size and scope, unlike any other in our industry. At over 2,500 square feet, the facility is large enough to provide trainings or private events for up to150 guests. The Alchemy Room is unmatched in the country”. The facility features a 30’ long bar top with 3 full cocktail training stations, state of the art bar equipment including Perlick refrigeration & freezers, True “garnish stations”, Kold Draft ice machines, Enomatic wine serving systems, a one of a kind draft beer training system with 4 draft handles, and perhaps most impressive, over 200 linear feet of customized bottle display cases capable of showcasing over 600 different bottles. The facility also includes state of the art audio visual capabilities including projection screens, multiple cameras, surround sound system and video conferencing.
