TITLE Boxing Club offers explosive total body boxing and kickboxing fitness workouts that help women and men burn up to 1,000 calories per hour in group classes. Orangetheory Fitness is a one-of-a kind fitness experience that combines two concepts: heart rate-monitored interval training and group personal training. The one-hour, ever changing workout was formulated by an exercise physiologist and consists of diverse components including high-energy cardiovascular and strength training using treadmills, rowing machines, suspension training and free weights with short bursts of intense exercise.

The Brentwood Hoceky League is some of the most competitive hockey leagues in the area. The advanced, intermediate and Novice 30+ leagues are team based registration, while the Novice league is an individual registration. Leagues offered September-April at Brentwood: Tuesday Advance, Wednesday Advance, Thursday Advance, Friday Intermediate, Sunday Intermediate, Saturday Novice and Monday Adult Hockey Classes. Over the summer (May-August) we offer Tuesday 30+ Novice, Wednesday Advance, Thursday Advance, Friday Intermediate, Sunday Intermediate, Saturday Novice and Monday Adult Hockey Classes. The Brentwood Basic Skills Program is is divided into three 4-week sessions in the summer and two 6-week sessions in the fall and winter. Your child may pass a class the first time, they may need to repeat the class, or they may even be asked to move down a class. This is designed to benefit your child’s development in the class.

Group CrossFit, Personal Training, Nutrition Consultation CrossFit St. Louis is the largest CrossFit gym in St. Louis with 15,000 square feet and full lockers rooms for men and women. We have 5 showers for our members to use after their workouts. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many interested in a healthier life. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

"Taekwondo" The way I pursue. I would like to emphasize my classes teaching 5 Taekwondo Spirit - Courtesy, Integrity, Self-Control, Perseverance, and Indomitable Spirit to build Sound Mind first and practicing Taekwondo Skills to build Sound Body. Through these, I would like to let students know the concept of HyoDo孝道(respect parents) and help them to control their power and speed balanced in their life.
