Avedano's took over a space formerly occupied by Cicero's Meats, a family-owned market that opened in 1955 and served the neighborhood for several decades. The building has been a butcher shop or market for the better part of the last century; the original shop having opened on the site in 1901.

The Epicurean Trader is a specialty food & beverage store in San Francisco. We hand select small batch artisan products from across America for their incredible flavors and fusions, natural ingredients and beautiful packaging. Our goal is to be a brand ambassador for these smaller brands, sharing their unique stories, and bringing many of them to San Francisco for the first time.
