I even used an FHA 203K Renovation loan to buy and renovate my own home…so I am very familiar with that product as well. In 2011, I partnered with a condominium project in Downtown St Louis to provide financing for over 30 condominiums, so I’m familiar with the ins and outs of condominium financing. I’ve worked with clients to achieve low to no down payment financing through USDA, MHDC, and Grants. And I’ve helped high net worth clients with Jumbo loan financing. Finally, I’ve helped several clients buy investment properties and second homes to increase their real estate portfolio. Pet Policy: We are a pet friendly community and we welcome your pet to Hampton Gardens Apartments. Pet Deposit is $ 150.00 and a non-refundable fee of $150 with a maximum of two (2) pets allowed per apartment. The monthly pet rent is $20 per month. If you are found keeping a pet without the company's knowledge, the daily charge for an unauthorized pet is $10 per day, plus a $100 penalty fee. This charge can be assessed for each day back to the original day management discovered the pet in the apartment. Additionally, we have the right to file eviction for breach of contract.
